1. What kind of products do you sell?
We offer a range of handpicked essentials with a desi twist—perfect for everyday use, gifting, and celebrating your Indian roots in style.
2. How can I place an order?
Just browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid for faster and more secure processing.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
5. Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product within 5 days of delivery only if:
The item is damaged, or
You received the wrong item.
To request a return, email us at support@desiessentials.in with your order ID and a photo of the product.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, once the returned product is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@desiessentials.in if you wish to cancel.
